"EXTERCISE" people instead of being lazy at home extercise. When your watching tv during a commercial so some crunches for your stomatch, so some lunges for your legs. EAT RIGHT many people are always sayin aww im to fat i dont like my body look at my stomatch. Have you stopped eating the unhealthy food though NO you wine and wine but you still eat fast food, you still get up in the night and grad a snack.. Its no ones fault but YOURS.. Go out run play a sport do something dont sit around and be lazy. To lose weight you have to be commited its all in the head push your self to it and you can do it be active.
